Play responsibly
5/90 is entertainment, not income. These limits keep it that way.
Set yourself limits before you start
Decide what you can afford to lose before you play, and stick to it. A good rule is to treat any stake as money spent on an evening out — not as an investment. Never play with rent, food, school fees, transport money or borrowed funds.
Signs it may be a problem
- You play to recover money you have already lost.
- You are spending more than you intended, or hiding it from people close to you.
- You borrow, sell belongings or dip into savings to play.
- You are chasing losses, playing longer or betting more as you go.
- It affects your work, relationships, sleep or finances.
If any of these sound familiar, it is time to stop and get help.
Practical tools
- Keep a record
- Your wallet activity page shows every stake and every win. Review it weekly rather than in the moment.
- Use small, fixed stakes
- Choose a stake that would not embarrass you to lose. Treat wins as a bonus, not as a new bankroll.
- Take breaks
- Step away after a set number of games. A short break makes bad decisions less likely.
- Never chase
- Increasing your stake to "win back" a loss is the single most reliable way to lose everything you brought.
- Cash out and stop
- If you win, cash out and leave some of it alone. It is winnings when it is in your Mobile Money wallet.
Play on your own terms
Never play on behalf of someone else, never let anyone use your account, and never allow another person to use your Mobile Money. Access to your phone and your PIN is your responsibility.
Getting help
Speak to someone you trust. If you want an account suspended, ask the retailer or agent who issued it, or raise it with your Super Admin.
Keep your stakes small and your session short. The same guidance applies whether you play here or anywhere else.
