Staff accounts
Accounts are issued by the Super Admin, not self-registered. If you sell from a counter, ask for a retailer account; it comes with a float and prints tickets.
The four roles
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Retailer | Runs a terminal. Sells stakes for cash and prints tickets. |
| Agent | Supervises the retailers assigned to them and their takings. |
| IT staff | Diagnostics: health, logs and the draw schedule. Corrects staff account details. |
| Super Admin | Full control: staff, roles, settings and settlement. |
